I had a few things I wanted to share with you guys, from what I’m reading now, to what I think about ColourPop lipsticks, and how you can score yourself a free box of snacks. I didn’t want to make separate posts for each of these but I did want to share these things with y’all! I hope you enjoy and discover something new or maybe you’ll find we have a lot of the same interests right now. Whatever the case, get comfortable and scroll down 🙂

Reading: Right now I’m reading Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover. It’s the first Colleen Hoover AND New Adult book that I’ve read, so it’s really going to set the bar. If you don’t know, its about a girl and guy who are attracted to each other but they don’t want any type of “official” relationship. The one condition is that the girl absolutely cannot ask about the guy’s past, apparently something really terrible happened to him. From the title, I’m sure it takes a turn for the worst. Can you believe I got it from Books-a-Million for only $4?!?! I’m only a few pages into it and I haven’t gotten to the meat of it yet, but so far I’m liking all of the characters. I’ve just finished First and Then by Emma Mills, and I loved it, it was such a cute read. I’ll be posting a review soon!

My favorite blog right now is Lonestar Southern. I found Kate’s blog while searching for planner reviews (planner addict here) and I subscribed and followed instantly because of her bubbly personality, sweet spirit and faith. She’s revamped her website and it’s even more aesthetically pleasing than it was before!

Watching: Do y’all watch the vlog Latoya’s Life??! OMG, how was I not subscribed to her before? All of my shows (basically just Empire and Scandal) have had their season finalies so I’ve been looking at more vlogs on Youtube lately. Her vlog is so legit: it’s set up just like a TV show with seasons and everything. It’s about her family and friends, all of whom reside in Canada but are from African or Trinidadian descent. Their lives are really crazy and entertaining and I love hearing all of their accents! If you’re looking for a new show to add to your subscription box, I’d definitely recommend it. I’ve been watching at least two episodes a day for two weeks now.

Writing: Since I’m gearing up to edit my NaNoWriMo novel, I haven’t been doing much creative writing, but I’ve been getting back into my freelance writing groove. More on that soon!

ColourPop Limbo
Limbo by Colourpop

Wearing: I ordered two ultra matte liquid lipsticks from ColourPop and I promise I’ve been trying to incorporate them into every outfit. I ordered StingRaye, which is a mauve-y pink color the Youtube Beauty Guru ItsMyRayeRaye’s collaborated with ColourPop to create, and Limbo, which is a chocolate brown color.. I’m a huge fan of Raye and I really wanted to support her new lip color, and I ordered Limbo because I was looking for more dark lipsticks. I also ordered a gel eyeliner. The lipsticks were only $6 and I had a coupon code! This lipsticks are AMAZING, this is definitely my go-to brand now. The lipsticks are ULTRA matte but not drying, and the color payoff is so vibrant. I love the eyeliner too, I was in the market for a new one so I could try to perfect my winged liner look. I love green eyeliner, so I’m sure I’ll order their green soon as well.

Listening to: Is this even a question. ADELE. OMG. I’ll be honest, I was intimidated by the hype because I didn’t want to love it any less than I loved 21 and 19. But this album is honestly amazing, I had to order it for myself after watching her concert in New York. The production quality is superb and you can tell she’s in a different headspace than she was when she wrote 21. Her songs really make you feel something, you know? They aren’t just catchy phrases over bass. It’s real music. My favorites on the album right now are I Miss You, When We Were Young, Remedy, and Million Years Ago. What are yours?

Free graze box

Eating: I’m a junk food addict and it’s not good. I could eat a bag of Hot Cheetos for lunch and be perfectly fine about it. After a weekend of eating nothing but cheetos and chips, I really needed a healthier snack, I just started feeling gross. I sent off for the free Graze box to see what they had to offer and I was pleasantly surprised. Healthy snacks don’t really excite me (it’s really an oxymoron in my opinion) but their Tai Sweet Chili Bites… omg. It tastes just like something out of Panda Express. Rice cakes are my favorite “healthy” snack and spicy makes everything better. I would actually go back and order that snack by itself. With Graze, you can pick your snacks and tell them what you would like to try and what you would absolutely NOT want in your box. I loved the Pro Power (I love chickpeas, and they were spicy, too), and the Salted Fudge & Peanut Cookie (it’s basically nuts, fudge, peanut butter, and cookie bites all mixed together!) But I didn’t really care for the Cocoa and Vanilla Protein Flapjacks, (it reminded me of banana nut bread) so I will be requesting for them not to put that in my box anymore.

You can try a free box yourself with the code INDIAH7CB. Let me know what you think!

What are you currently loving right now? I’d love to hear it, seriously I’m not just saying that. Let me know in the comments! And are you done with Christmas shopping? Have you even started yet…. 🙂 If so or if not, I hope you have a Happy Holiday season! and check out my VLOG channel on Friday, I’ll have a fun surprise for you there 🙂

I’m also a planner addict (currently designing my own planner in fact) so I’ve got to check that blog out.
